RNA pig brain subregion sample gene data
Transcript expression levels summarized per gene in 32 brain subregions per sample based on RNA-seq. The tab-separated file includes Ensembl gene identifier for pig gene ("Gene"), main region ("Main region"), sub region ("Sub region"), animal ("Animal"), transcripts per million ("TPM") and protein-coding transcripts per million ("pTPM"). The data is based on The Pig RNA Atlas version 1 and Ensembl version 92.38. |

HPA transcript expression levels based on RNA-seq on sample level. Each column contains sample TPM expression values of the gene and transcript indicated in the two leftmost columns as Ensembl gene and transcript identifiers. The column name indicates tissue type. The data is based on The Pig RNA Atlas version 1 and Ensembl version 92.38. |

RNA HPA Pig tissue gene data
HPA transcript expression levels summarized per gene in 44 grouped tissues. For tissues with multiple sub-tissues (e.g. brain regions, lymphoid tissues, upper respiratory system, and small intestine) the maximum of all sub-tissues is used for the tissue type. The tab-separated file includes Ensembl gene identifier and gene name("Gene" and "Gene name"), analysed sample ("Tissue") and expression values("TPM", "pTPM", and normalized expression "NX"). The data is based on The Human Protein Atlas version v20.1 and Ensembl version 92.38. |

Table describing the tissue grouping at 4 levels: "tissue"; The lowest level of annotation for the tissue sample, "region"; The name of the region the tissue resides in for brain samples (for non-brain samples the "tissue" level name is used), "grouped_tissue"; The name of the grouped tissue, and "organ"; The name of the organ system the tissue belongs to. |
